I'm a college student in the northeast us, I plan on growing for the first time this summer, I have a great spot for it, just waiting until the end of spring to come so i can plant the seedlings. Figured its worth a try if I research and do it correctly and see if I can get a few plants to harvest in sept/oct. The only thing is I will be back at school and would like to bring the buds to dry right into my dorm room. My roomates would not care as they all smoke, and they would be safe from thieves while they are curing. My only concern is the intensity of the smell of drying bud. We smoke in the room and just spray some febreeze or whatever to cover it up. Basically, if my RA was standing outside a closed closet door full of drying/curing cannibus would it be really intense and easily smelt?

I figure if anybody came into my room id just spray something, or have something to try to cover up the smell, and it would only be for a month at the most while they are drying out. Any help would be appreciated. I've read you can just put them in drawers or in paper bags, but it is best to hang the branches to start with.
