Maybe you didn't look into it far enough. They have a membership kit for around $25 that gets you started building a "religious resume" which has been proven to create a legitimate legal defense in the event that you are involved in an encounter with the law. It will not cover you for sales but there is a good chance that after you join the ministry you won't be nailed for possession, cultivation, or consumption. They haven't lost a case yet.

It's all about how serious you are about defending your rights under religious laws.
