I have 10 AK-48 plants that are currently 28 days old. They are growing in FoxFarm Ocean Forest potting soil in 4" square/6" deep pots. For a week now I have been feeding them with FoxFarm Big Bloom every other watering (as per FF feeding schedule), and Superthrive with all watering.

They are currently under a Sun System New wave 96W CFL light on an 18/6 schedule. As you can see from the pictures below, they are beginning to outgrow their current space. Tomorrow I will be moving them into a area that is 5'Wx2'Dx5'H and switching to a 600W HPS bulb (18/6) for the next 7-14 days before flowering.

The largest plant in the picture is currently 8-9" tall and all have been very healthy. I plan to follow the FF feeding schedule with Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom, Open Sesame, Cha Ching, and Beastie Bloomz. Along with Superthrive to reduce stress.

My question is, should I be concerned about shock due to moving from a 96W cool spectrum CFL to 600W warm spectrum HPS(given adequate ventilation)? Also, how much bigger can I let the plants get before I transpant into larger pots? Could I just wait 3-4 more weeks until I identify the females before I transplant?
