Depending on your exact dimensions - I figured 6-8 in the veg room and 4-6 in the bloomroom at any one time. You won't be able to veg them HUGE but that space should get you some decent size plants. Once they are ready to flower, you repot them and then give them a couple of days in the bloomroom at 18/6 to get used to the big show and the new pots - then flip the switch.

400W HPS, if you use the space efficiently and grow, say 4-6 plants, I would think you could yield 1-1.5 oz per plant pretty easily. Even more once you learn the strain and maximize light exposure, or start SCRoG/SOG grows. Of course it depends on the strain, nutes, temps, and everything working together.
