Shov's Afghani x BOG Medley Spring Grow

Here are the three six week old bagseed plants. Just like the Afghani, they have some monster fan leaves as well as totally perverted top knots from the FIM. Thay are all really healthy though, only problem would be the occasional lamp burn.

Here are a few of the Afghani at eight weeks (the side lamps are shut off for the photo).

Here are all the plants huddled together. I hope they start to show sex soon, I'd like to remove the males and space them out a bit.

After 5+ days the clones are not doing so great. I have 4 that look fine and the rest failed. I'll have to try something much different next attempt.

Other early spring seedlings are doing great are Sweet Basil and Curley Parsley. Also, I had to put (5) Eastern Hemlock plants in a windowbox for now as it's snowing to beat the band here. :P

I decided to go to 12/12. The plants have not shown sex and they are very crowded.

I changed the lamps to 3000K and fed the plants molasses, P/K suppliment, Fish/Kelp food and TopMax.

First male to show was a bagseed. So it got cut. Three others (Afghani) showed female. Many others are close to showing, I must check them every day now.
Grow area is flooding, I'm pumping out 4-6 times a day now.

Fed 'em molasses, P/K suppliment, Fish/Kelp food and TopMax again.

Thank you, Markass. The flooding is an annual event pretty much. It could be fixed if I had the money. But, so far pumping it out every spring has worked ok.

I see your grow is doing quite well for a modest setup, (much like my own grow). I've never smoked BBerry (heard that it's great, they sing songs about it!) , or most other exotics. Maybe someday...

The rep block and the little quote is interesting, but I really haven't figured out how that works really. I try to mark some "reps" but it seems that I've already "repped" everybody <G>.

I'll post some pics next weekend, hopefully most will be sexed by then. I'd like to keep one Afghani male to get some seeds.

    Regards!

As for reputation...I guess it's basically just a way of saying good job..Yeah, you've gotta spread it out though, can't give it to the same people too often..I'll be waiting for the pic update

Hey, Shov. Plants looking good. Nice and bushy. That flooding thing sounds like a bane, for sure. Must not help with your humidity in flowering. Hope all is well. Looking forward to flowering pics. Congrats on the three Afghani ladies. If they are what I think they are, I'm looking forward to seeing how they turn out.

    Be cool, Shov.

Ya know what? I've had some control problems with this wild weather, the flooding, the power outages.....so I check my plants two days ago and see that they lights are not on, so I reset the timer. I guess I got it wrong because today I check...and the lights are off again. I was still about 6 hours off on my timer. Doh!
    Third's the charm, I hope. <G>

After two weeks of 12-12 all the plants have preflowered.
There are six Afghani fems and one bagseed fem crowded into the grow area.
I have two males segregated for now to polinate the designated "seed bearer"
