lol, just eat healthy stuff that tastes good when you're high.........like strawberries, grapes, peanut butter, shit like that, avoid the pigout on chips and all that shit.......... the only way to avoid the munchies is to not smoke lol

just fight that munchies lol!!! it can be so hard at times... some times ill fight it until i am completely sober again but for some reason i am still hungry as fuck after my high went away lol. Sometimes I get a stomach ache because i eat to much lol. But anyways i was thinking about finding a way to cut down on the munchies also by maybe just eating alot of salad instead of the usual pizza,cookies,waffles,ice cream, chips, muffins,cup cakes and etc... But hey I find it real fuckign awesome to go to a really nice fancy restaurant with high class food and be dressed all nice but being high as fuck eating good food lol.

haha, sounds like exactly the same thing my buddy would say. I laughed out loud! The only way to avoid munchies is to have a little bit to eat before you smoke and then after you smoke try not thinking about eating so much and the urge will go away. If you are active and go out and do things the munchie effect will not be so bad. Otherwise, just go to mcdonalds.
