Smell of marijuana is probable cause. Reading your post you dont seem to have said no to a Search of your car, but either way, he said he smelled pot, and its your word against a cop...so your pretty much out of luck. Just let thm search your car, even if they found the bong, they couldnt do anything but have a reason to search your trunk....bongs arent illegal...except in Philly
