if they smell weed in the car then that is probably cause.. and you pretty much lose a lot of your rights... at least thats what i think..

I was driving one day (recently) and I got pulled over and a cop gave me the usual bullshit.....so i gave my id and all that to him and he went back to his car, came back and asked me to step out of the car. ..so i went to the back and he basically said 'i smell marijuana in your car, do you have anything you want to tell me about?' "...damn!" i thought. "I aint goin to jail!" "NOPE! I dont even smoke weed!! ...i mean i have, just not within many years." it was hard not to laugh Rating: 5
