what it is ive got some sun bed tubes philips 100w r-uva and what to know if there eny good for veging because i read on a othere post that onley uvb were the 1s to use but its a shame not use them opinons please....

ive also found a next light its a original tropical lamp from (arcadia) it says promotes plant growth 30w but it is out of a fish tank.
so if i put this light and the uva and my envirolight together will this work please add opinon thanks
