hey guys, i am new in cape town just looking to have some friendly smoke. i am not looking for sellers or anything, but would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. business district and downtown is full of cameras, and i am not very fond of what i see in sea point. i just need a safe transaction for a small amount. what is the best way to do it
