Ha ha, I work in customer service too! I totally hear you there. Oh my God, the things people will say/argue with you about. I've gotten in a little bit of trouble for being a bit condescending. But hey, 40+ hours a week of work and going to a university full time tends to make you a bit stretched for fun.

This one day, I got high on my lunch (I usually DO NOT do that) and I just totally lost my filter. It was great.:jointsmile:
