Working is cool, if you've got some bad ass job, like wine tasting, or growing herb. My job is cool too, actually. Teaching kids to play guitar, and playing gigs. I may be poor as fuck, but I'm happy as fucking.

Ha ha, I work in customer service too! I totally hear you there. Oh my God, the things people will say/argue with you about. I've gotten in a little bit of trouble for being a bit condescending. But hey, 40+ hours a week of work and going to a university full time tends to make you a bit stretched for fun.

This one day, I got high on my lunch (I usually DO NOT do that) and I just totally lost my filter. It was great.:jointsmile:

Yes, going to university and working full time is hard. Today was my one day off from BOTH, and I am being SUCH a bitch at work..and I swear the customers today are extra fuking bad.

I am on my lunch right now getting high and I just left a man at a cash register because when I was helping the woman in front of him I was taking too long...and he said "What are you ladies doin' over there? Makin' dinner?" and I looked at him and said "I have had a HORRIBLE DAY"..and just walk off.

Well, I hated my job that I DID. But I quit cause it sucked. So now I am going to get a new job probably in either business to business sales or some other kind of sales job. I like doing sales cause it is a challenge one on one with the customer. Overcoming objections and outsmarting even the smartest people.

I also love my customer service job. Finally got in with a place that lets me do it from home on my own. Some days are slow, some days are busy, but even the busy days aren't so bad when you're working in your pjs

I would like to start doing mortgage loans from home. I think that would be the shit..when the market picks back up a little.

A lot of places are switching to the virtual office setup. Especially with VOIP and the net. What I do is a mixed bag, but mostly tech support/sales/billing/master of your account guy. Got a question, or pissed, then I would help. Or at least try :jointsmile:
