my buddy and I tried the banana recipe, the nutmeg recipe, and the peanut shell recipe all in one night...it was winter, and we were smoking the bong outside in the cold because of the reekiness.

first we tried the banana peel shavings...didn't do nothing, tasted like ass. made my (inexpereinced) friend cough a lot. (he had never done any illegal drugs so he was trying these alternatives)

then HE tried the nutmeg...he had barely half a hit before he turned red and started coughing again, I sniffed the bong and said 'no thanks!' (and yes I know you're supposed to eat nutmeg, but we were bored)

then we put the peanut skins in, and smoked like 8 bowls of that...amazingly enough, it did absoloutely nothing to us! no high, no coughs, no noticeable taste at all! although the bong forever smelled of peanut butter after that...

after all this I said 'alright fuck this I'm gettin baked' and packed the bong with some real weed. then my buddy must've thought it was still peanut skins, so he took a fat rip (and didn't cough I might add) and got REALLLY stoned. he commented on how he was starting to feel the peanuts, and I told him, 'dude I put weed in there like ten miinutes ago, this is our third bowl' and he was genuinely surprised.

then we got inside and warmed up and I introduced him to the joyous wonders of nutella while stoned; he's been a good smoking buddy ever since he found out that nothing really compares to weed.
