Dont know what happened

I was in one of the most craziest parties in Puerto Rico. I was in a very crowded street and eveyone was smoking and drinking. I smoked like 10 blunts that night. But when we were trying to get out of that street I dont know what happened to me that a passed out for like 2 minutes. For me it was funny because when i woke up after the 2 minutes my face and my whole tshirt were all wet. That was because all the people that passed besides me threw me water for me to wake. Maybe it was the fact that their were so many people but i dont know. Does this has happened to anyone?? Ohh and one important thing I didnt drink alcohol.
