california be mo' leaniant on that shit than pretty much any other state. he's no tgoing to prison so don't worry. i'm sure he's gonna get in a shitload of trouble, but he's not going to prison. if you guys lived in virginia where i live, he'd already be there.

yeah he will be ok. just plead personal use the worst that will happen is a treatment program . be gratefull it was cali. but even in a quakerstate like pennsylvania where i live one plant isnt shit . he'll b alright just make sure he gets bail or he'll sit till his hearing . so if you really want to help him sell your stash and post bail .
