As a matter of fact get 4 or 6 or 8. I am not in favor of anything but HID lighting but you can get weed from using flouros. Just keep them as close as possible to the plants, like a couple if inches, without harming the plants. That, and cost is the main advantage of flouros. Use as many as possible!

Do not get the grow flouros in the garden center. They do not put off enough lumens. Do like whisky says and get compact flouros that look like regular light bulbs. 24 watts equals incandescent 100 watts, or something. Also consider small, cheap chrome reflector hoods for the bulbs.
