Are you babysitting someone or are you guys babysitting yourselves? You sound like you are trying to really impress everyone with your big plans-but if you took some time to see the long term negative effects it will have on your brain, your serotonin levels. your brains "natural" valium and a natural endorphine your brain produces. See when you start taking drugs-these parts of your brains become depleted. Most people are on anti-depressants these days becaue they have screwed up their brain chemistry from drug abuse or not eating enough protein. It takes a long time to repair that damage.
I am not a goody 2 shoes-I have done my share. I learned hard from it though. I got addicted to a narcotic that I was on for almost 2 years. I had to take over a month off work to recover-thank god I had disability insurance with work or I could have risked losing my car, or home-or my credit. I was in so much physical pain-I just wanted to take another pill-make it go away. I couldnt though-and I had to tuff it out. My vision was blurry for a few weeks and eventually came back. I am just telling you all this because I know when I was younger I thought it was so cool to get our alcohol at the football games. When I think of kids doing all of these drugs, I just have to wonder if they are missing out on something at home-or do they want to impress their friends. It takes a real man or a real woman to be able to face their friends and
confidently say "I dont think this is a good decision"
I challenge you to do this...there is a book called "the mood cure" and if you go to the web site www.themoodcure.com you will find some sample pages and info about drugs, nutrition, etc. I know-you are thinking how boring. But someday you will be older and you WILL notice the effects from what you did in your younger years.
Take care of yourself and respect yourself more than that. Giving in is the easy part-
