I do think that as a whole group, we should frown at activity like this. If this guy gets posted as the average pot-head, then it's gonna look bad if everyone said "thats cool". We should let it know that we don't approve of this and make that easy to see. If it was on these boards, I'd say my bit about it to the user. Since it's on another forum, then there's nothing I can really do. I'm not a member there. all I can say is that we should not allow behavior like that here.

At least thats what I'm thinking.

i do tend to exagerate things, i'm not denying that... this hitting media is a long shot (i even noted that part o.0) but what if... c'mon you can't tell me they won't make it pretty much like i've said....

and sam, yes i know we've been fighting for a good while now... but that doesn't mean we're to give up, and just go about our way.... i do dream of a free-weed society (i've even said before i'd give my life for it to happen) but that doesn't mean i think i'll ever see it....

all i'm saying is there is no reason to give more ammo against our cause... that's like saying "i don't break in people's houses anymore" after being convicted for it, and buying property you know is stolen... shouldn't just let down the gaurd all of a sudden cuz it hasnt' worked... and it's easier... if we ever give up 'the fight' then it's over... it'll stay as is... the only way we stand a chance at changing things, is fighting...

then let them look down on it... i don't care what anyone thinks of me, but denying me something i feel should be my right to enjoy (or in a more strict way... for medicnal use, both of which i need/use it for...) you can look down on me all you want for choosing to use it, but goddamnit it's not your right to tell me i CAN'T use it....

that's all i care about.... if someone is detered by people looking down upon them for it, (not realizing it's just an opinion, and you shouldn't base your life around other peoples opinions, only yours....) then they don't want to use it that bad, or they don't need to use it that bad.... no one should feel guilty for anything they need... and if you're taking these 'haters' literally, all it can really symbolize is guilt or shame....

lets say it was FEDERALLY legalized across the states for medicinal use.... why should you feel guilty for using it, when you need it?

maybe no one's catching my point... but i know if the wrong people got ahold of this info, it would be all over... cuz all the news companies give half a shit about are ratings, ratings are what make them money, so whatever brings those ratings, is what they will say/broadcast....

BF, i duno what to do about it, other then try our best to erase the info, so it's not there for the wrong people to get ahold of.... is it really realistic? probably not, but what else can we do?

i know each and everyone of you knows that if the wrong people got ahold of this info (TURE or NOT) it would be exploited.. or maybe it's just becasue the news is always the same in my area... rape rape, kill car theft, kill, crooked law enforcment, crooked govt. offical....

i dunno... but i know atleast my area, would exploit this to no end.. just becasue of the way they could market the commercials to draw in the most people "the new way marijuana users are getting high off their drug, and ti's only here on fox 26" that's EXACTLY the commercial all of our area (i live right next to houston, so we have a pretty damned large viewer area....) would be seeing.. weather they were watching the news, or a damn cartoon (king of the hill for instance) in the middle of the day.. our news smears these BS ads all over the place, i've seen it happen before... and i dobut i've seen the end of it...

maybe i'm fighting a losing battle.... but atleast i'm not just rolling the fuck over and saying 'ok well we're screwed, it'll never be legal, so let them think what they want..." texas doesn't even have a medical marijuana program... which i do need it, medically, phsycially, medically (that's taking out the fact that it's also an anti-depressant...) i have a really bad back, i was jump kicked by someone running full speed, that can REALLY fuck up a back, i have permanant damage.. so i guess this subject strikes a nerve with me, it doesn't with just 'recreational users' which i have no problem with recreational users, they should be just as free to use it as alcoholics are allowed alcohol, and just as cig fiends are allowed to be cigs....

but there's a whole other aspect to it, that few here (except those affected) rarely even seem to think about... which is what about the people who need it...
