can he search ur car like that for no reason????

did the car smell like pot or was there pipes or pot visible?? did u even commit another traffic violation or did he just pull u over because of the eye contact??

im not tooooo familiar with the law but depending on ur answers to those questions he may have illegally searched ur car....some1 who is more informed in this area plz confirm or deny my notion

He was going to try weed with me for the first time in his life. We havent smoked ANYTHING YET. So we were driving, and as a police car went by us, me and him made eye contact for about 3 seconds.
