Yeh he did a illegal search and stop.
you could sue over that i think. but those things you...the eye contact and the sign, still are no reason to be pulled over. IF he did pull you over for that then he wouldn't of wanted to search your car or ask you if you ahd drugs. he would just say fix your plate and go on.
This is why i hate pigs. there are some good cops...but not many.

its a must watch, it literally saved my life a few weeks back and it will do the same for any fellow stoner sometime in ur life. the first 22 minutes are the biggest, just watch it 2 or 3 times and memorize everything the kid says in the second scene. IT WILL SAVE YOU!!!

Either way the cop will arrest you. They get payed to enforce the laws, not to make deals with people. Dont expect any honesty from them.
