Hey everyone, I have a question that some of you might be able to answer. I was about to order some seeds and decided to look at my local laws, and this is what I found, and because of this I'm now scared to place my order. What do you guys think about this info, any advice would be greatly appreciated, I thought cannabis where legal.

Federal and state drug cultivation laws vary according to drug type and the amount produced.

For example, during a legal search of Dan's apartment, police find cannabis seeds, high-powered lamps, and remnants of marijuana plants. Dan can be charged with violating drug cultivation and manufacturing laws.

The legal search is your protection.

Give them no reason to search you.

If you sell, don't grow. If you grow, don't deal. Never steal anything from anyone. Be a good guy. Lay low. Don't forget to pay your taxes on time.

What part of SC are you from, Stryker? I'm a resident myself. And, yes, as stinky said, the "legal search" is kind of your ace in the hole. They can't legally search you without a legitimate reason, which is why you should make sure to lay low. Also, if you are going to order seeds and are afraid of getting caught, you can always ship them to a friend's house. Hope this helps you
