Educated guesses please

So much to learn, which is good as I am hungry for knowledge. My next grow will hopefully be seeds I'll order online, I'm looking for something that provides a nice balance of head and body high with a low or fruity odour while growing. I'll be in an apartment building by then so smell will be an issue. Anyone know of a strain that sounds right from what they have grown?

As per buying the seeds, would anyone recomend a company that sells a quality product and ships discreetly?

I'll be upgrading my lighting and am wondering if a 250 watt hps would create too much heat in a 5'x5' room with a fan and about 4 plants.

Last thing for now...... Does anyone know where I would be able to find information on a coco setup, I'm already convinced to try it, just curious as to what all I'll need. I think I read somewhere about adding a gallon of water per day and am wondering if this is all at once, and if so how the drainage works or even what a system like that would be called and I could look it up.

I do have more lighting in place, I moved the lights that are easily moved for the pictures. I would like more lights, and do have more bulbs, just nothing to hang them by, I have been searching but so far no luck, however the search will continue. Thanks for the advice!

Why not get a nice 250 HPS or something? That would make it more worth your while I'm sure.

Hard to say...you would need adequate ventilation but as long as you could swing that, light would be a lot less trouble than several small CFL's.

a 250wttr wouldnt need that much ventilation in there, hes got a good amount of space floor to ceiling and all around, even tho his setup is spread out, condesing your grow is a good idea too. A small squirl cage fan would be sufficient enough if vented outside. ina a 4x4x6 foot room a 265cfm's fan is enough for a 400wttr no cool tube. temps at around 78 while outside the room is room temp 69-68. I also have a carbon filter set up on a 465cfm cage fan plus a inline blower, but the blower does all the work i dont know why i till have the cage fan on, it has no pressure to pull air through the filter.

Thanks all for your replies, I am now contemplating chopping the smallest of the plants since the two bigger have taken off in bud growth while she isn't developing much at all, or at least in comparison. Why I'm considering this is, I'm unable to buy any more lights and thought it may be worth it to take the lights that are on it, and put them around the biggest plant. Let me know your thoughts.
I'd still be able to get pretty ripped from the early buds correct?

Thanks dusto, you saved her. I tell you, if it wasn't for people like you, I would probably have been discouraged to try growing again. With the knowledge I have gained, and continue to gain, I know that this by far will not be my last grow.

I'm noticing some color change going on in the main cola of one of my plants, shown in the picture. Every day I notice more brown, could she be finishing early?

I'm no expert but I'm gonna go with sit on your hands with this one and wait for more replies, don't run off and grab the scissors just yet. Other than that holy smokes that thing looks pretty damn good!! Still looks like it has some time to grow.

thats not gonna be worth cutting for atleast 3 more weeks

the buds (best i can tell are just starting)

if u cut those now and dry u won't get 10 grms of smoke

there doesn't look like too much bud formation ( although that happens all at once)

i would say try better lighting you can buy some plant lights at home depot that are way better than those cfls if u r just real cheap but by the time you buy 3-4 you could have bought a small hps...
