No doubt she overdosed just like her son. Probably not intentional either. But if you see her last few interviews she's constantly drugged up. Who knows what she was taking. Her son died from a lethal combination of methadone and several anti-depressants. She was probably taking the same sort of shit. And from how out of it she's been lately, she was probably taking *a lot* of it.
