MARIJUANA STEM COFFEEI don't think cannabis is a depressant. Do you get depressed when you smoke it? Alcohol on the other hand is a depressant. From what I've read, smoking cannabis increases the flow of serotonin levels in the brain, and the more serotonin, the happier we are, the less, the sadder we are. MARIJUANA STEM COFFEEThe effect that marijuana has on the central nervous system is that it stimulates it. A drug's classification (stimulant, depressant, etc.) is determined by its effect on the central nervous system. That doesn't mean you will feel energetic from weed, well all know it's quite the opposite, it's just how it affects your CNS.
