So Ms. G how bad did it hurt on your lower back. Mine wouldnt be too much bigger that what is in the pic. Since its my first one when I get it I dont want to go all out, I just want to get my toes wet.

I really can't answer how much it hurt. I like pain.
If I was you? Yeah, it hurts. LOL! There are a lot of nerve endings down there, and the skin isn't real thick. If you're on the small side, you probably don't have a lot of subcutaneous fat down there either. So I wouldn't pick that as a spot for my first tat unless you're a freak like me.

If color isn't your thing, that's cool, but I would def. look into giving it some shadow just to stand out more and give it more dimension.
