I did the run off test and it was 6.69 (kind of a cool number). I guess that's right where you want it to be, right? I mean I don't need to try to change anything, do I?

I was wondering about my tap water, which is what I have been giving them to drink. I checked the PH and it was 7.71. Could this be causing the plants harm by watering with such a high number? If the soil is supposed to be 6.8, then I assume anything else they consume should also be that number. I guess just to be safe until I hear differnt, I will start to PH my plan'ts drinking water to 6.8 or 7. I assume it's not critical, but I'm not sure. I'm just a hydro farmer. Do most of you soil growers make sure your plants' drinking water is PH'd? I never thought of it before today for some reason. I guess that's because I've always watered house plants with straight tap water. Oh, by the way I use well water.

Thanks for any suggestions.
