I don't understand. You say this is your first grow, but you have 70 pictures of weed plants in various stages of maturity and health. Which is it?

You certainly put a lot of thought and work into these clones. I don't get nearly that involved and usually have very good results in hydro by following these steps:
1) I use a cheapo areo cloner to get my cuttings rooted. Light 24 hours. Bubbles 20 min. on and 45 off. (or something like that), except the first day is on all day. No nutes in the solution except a little B1 to stimulate root growth. I make sure the stems are out of the water by a couple of inches. As soon as roots start showing up, I start hardening them, very carefully and gently at first. These means I take the humidity dome off for as long as they can stand, watching closely for signs of wilt before I put it back on. Also, I change the solution as much as I can stand. At least once per day the first two days, then once every 3 or 4 days.
2) Once in the real world, I keep the light (400 watts) at least 2 feet away the first day or two, 18 hours on and 6 off, and use quarter strength nutes. After a few days, I switch to half strength, and start moving the light closer in increments daily. After a couple of weeks, it's full on hydro and light.

I've never had much of a problem in hydro. All my problems occur in soil for some reason. I think soil makes it harder to get the nutrients correct.

But hey, that's just me. Good luck.
Opie Yutts Reviewed by Opie Yutts on . Contorting clones, among other things OK I am having a problem with some of my clones. On some I had yellowing, leaves and branches growing scrunched and a few brown crispy spots. Some hade only one sign, some had a few and others are totally fine. I have many variables such as adding very lite nutes as recommended by the product, moving them under the 400MH, and losing a timer so not having nighttime heat stability that they were used too. With so many variables I didn't know what was going on. So I set it up like a lab experiment Rating: 5
