I agree. I like well-muscled, lean types like my husband. Not the over-muscled, steroid-enhanced competitive bodybuilder types. Nothing could be less sexy to me. Just thinking about Ahnold in his competitive days makes me feel queasy. But the healthy, chiseled, lean look where you can see muscle definition in the arms and legs and abs is definitely a turn-on for me. It just sends the message of health and strength. My husband played football in high school and college but long ago got rid of that beefy, thick-necked defensive-end muscular look and now just looks, well, like a very healthy, fit guy.
