Are girls attracted to muscles?

I use to work at the gym as well as personally ranging from being very fit to being very unfit.

All in all, from my personal experience, I think most girls like guys who are 'average' to 'toned and in shape'... Guys who are REALLY big or REALLY ripped seem to turn the average girl off more so then they turn them on.

Finally, I also think a lot has to do with your body type. Guys who are more 'average' build can get away easier being in 'average' shape. Guys who are more slender (like me) tend to need to be a little more in shape to off-set the smaller frame or risk looking too 'wimpy'. In general, girls want to feel protected so if you look like you couldnt protect a warm cup of piss then you might be losing some potential points

dunno, i'm skinny but well-toned, hasnt worked out the greatest for me so far, most girls prefer the muscle boneheads imo

besides its all about confidence and how you carry yourself. otherwise its just superficial attraction.

lol i like to keep fit and strong, not for girls but for myself, theres nothing more handy than being able to move big things when you need too, and being able to accomplish a physical task easily and quickly.. lol life gets alot easier the stronger you get...

i keep myself fit for myself, if girls like that, i guess its a bonus.. though if a girl didnt like that, i cant see myself bothering to make the change for them...
