This is a stupid law. I mean...I can understand if ur in the store with ur friends like "Yeah...I got the weed...you get the blunt...just a single philly" or something moronic like that. But there are people who like to ocassionally smoke cigars...like my stepdad...he smokes maybe 4 a year. So why would they ban selling single cigars. STUPID.
