i get that too, ive been to the doctors about it and the temazapam they gave me did nothing, even when i doubled the dose. i still couldnt sleep and for all of the next day it felt like i'd been lobotomised, total shite. the problem now is that the less sleep i get, the more zombified and disconected i feel. weed is the only thing that helps so im forced into a state of semi zombiferous lawbreaking just to get a decent kip and feel a bit saner,
