Hey whats up! The only thing I can chime in on is number 7.

In the Unitied States, Forward Looking IfraRed (FLIR) imaging evidence cannot be presented in court unless it has been obtained under the provisions of a search warrant, and FLIR imaging that was obtained without a search warrant cannot be used to procure a search warrant. I believe it was a Supreme Court ruling in 2001. From my understanding not many law enforcement agencies own helicopters or FLIR devices. So if no one knows about your setup and the feds arn't already watching you I think you should be cool. The places that can afford them are prob big metropolitian areas, where there are thousands and thousands of buildings with differnt heat structures.
