I'm back and I need some help.

Hey to everyone who remembers me and to those who don't as well.

My newest project will consist of a price tag close to 5k with an estimated 13ft x 13ft x ~12ft area to work with "indoors". I am planning on using a hydroponics system (haven't decided which yet since I forgot a good deal of info as far as specifics goes). So I have a few questions that I would appreciate if answered.

    1. Zandor, I heard you came out with a book finally, what's it book called?

    2. Should I go for 2 x 1K HPS (T5's for veg) bulbs? (Planning on the flower area to take up approximately 8ft x 13ft.)

    3. What hydro system should I probably go with?

    4. What nutes should I probably go with? (Assuming either GH or AN)

    5. At what times/intervals should I inject CO2 (I do remember that the fans should be off during this process.)

    6. How large of an area should I give my mother plant? And how big of a pot/tub should I give her?

    7. I read that glass completely prevents thermal light from passing through it, but lining the walls in glass would be a hassle (to prevent helos from seeing the HID's) so is there any other way I can prevent people from seeing the heat in the room?

Thanks a lot for any help that anyone provides. I greatly appreciate it.

Hey whats up! The only thing I can chime in on is number 7.

In the Unitied States, Forward Looking IfraRed (FLIR) imaging evidence cannot be presented in court unless it has been obtained under the provisions of a search warrant, and FLIR imaging that was obtained without a search warrant cannot be used to procure a search warrant. I believe it was a Supreme Court ruling in 2001. From my understanding not many law enforcement agencies own helicopters or FLIR devices. So if no one knows about your setup and the feds arn't already watching you I think you should be cool. The places that can afford them are prob big metropolitian areas, where there are thousands and thousands of buildings with differnt heat structures.

    Welcome back dude....

    Letâ??s see where to start....

1.) No I produce a podcast now that is free and all the content from the books are free in the weekly show. But I do have the blueprints from the books that will be sold once they are finished being converted to AutoCAD 3D so they look better.

2.) That depends on the area and the room and how you grow. 8' x 13 feet is fine but what are you going to do with the other areas that are not in use by the plants?

3.) That depends on how you want to grow, and what yield you are looking for and even your experience level with hydroponics not to speak of budget for the whole project. You design your room around your growing

4.) Advanced has some great products but again it depends on your growing system, style, experience, and your expected yield. My preference is always GH 3-part.

5.) You remember wrong you need the fan moving the gas around when you use CO². You only use CO² with HID lights, warmer temperatures and no exhaust. You hold in the gas for hours at a time so the plant can absorb it and process the enhanced gas into something they can use to grow BIG.

6.) A good mother should be in a 10 gallon or larger bucket or tub with plenty of depth and great drainage. 5' x 5' or 25 sgft is fine for one mother.

7.) You heard wrong the one and only thing that can and will stop any FLIR is led drywall. You can buy it but it is expensive as hell. It's used in Dr. office and hospitals for the x-Ray rooms to shield the rest of the area off from the radiation.

You can download all of my back shows too and then catch up to this Saturdays show. Dopefiend.co.uk then look for a link on the right called "The Grow Report" click that it will take you to all of my shows. There are 24 out as of today and the 25 will be out this Saturday.

Hyrdoponic system they have this 77HydroStore
i would use this becuase it is a full ebb and flow in buckets not dwc. I was going to get this but i dont have the room for it, these systems produce trees. Seems like it would be perfect for you, and u can add and subtract buckets to your suitable space.
