When I was a drinker, I had bought a case (12 case) of Labatt Blue. While I walking out the store, one of the handles broke, and in result, the case fell and broke 5 out of my 12 bottle of brew. I'm not sure who I was mad at, the crappy box or me, but I went right home and wrote a letter and mailed it out.

6 weeks later a voucher came in the mail for a free case of beer. I was pleased to say the least.
