We are talking about 2 diff things here... I go to Wal * Mart a lot and I see the deadbeats trying to get over and they deserve a stern response from the courtesy counter... Case in point,,,Wal * Mart one day there was a hispanic couple returning sneakers that were worn,the hispanic curtousy lady returned them no reciept no questions asked... I was next and returning a pair of socks with a receipt the socks had no UPC but was still on the little hanger thing... This lady made someone check if these sock were in the mens department and then would only give me a store credit,,,I had the freakin receipt!!!
