the shops dont make you sign for it, the delivery service makes you sign, and its just to make sure that it was received

The two good sites I know of are wongbong.com
They have some pretty cool stuff. No bongs though which is sort of Ironic I guess.

Grasscity.com has a huge inventory and great prices.
and Everyonedoesit.com is good if you live in UK. Otherwise shipping across the pacific is $28 :O

Edit: And mail orders won't check if your 18 or anything. They just drop it off. Or some large packages that don't fit in your mailbox you may have to sign for. But it doesn't matter, you can sign "joe somebody" and it wouldn't make a fucking difference.
