ok i got a question and hopefully someone can help. I've been smokeing now for 8 years and just recently whenever i smoke my heart starts racing and starts to bug me out. If I take it slow it doesn't happen as much, but i can't smoke as much or out of a bong. I know it's gotta be part mental but my heart races before i figure out that it's happening. Any ideas

That happens to me sometimes, but I just ignore it.

It has happened to me quite a few times.. I just go outside and take a deep breath of fresh air meditate about how beautiful the stars are or something and all is well. I think its sort of a mini anxiety attack.
