Friendly Fire

Friendly fire is a part of war. In the heat of battle is sometimes very hard to tell the difference between friend or foe. Alot of the armor is hard to indentify.
When I was in 29 palms, there was a platoon 2 barracks over that lost a LAV-25 in the 1st gulf war to friendly fire. Killed 9 marines. Shit happens.

The morons who claim it is to be expected are fucking crazy !
Nobody joins up to get shot by people on thier side, funny how it is a nation that sues for being given a hot cup of coffee that thinks it's an accepted risk that thier soldiers die by the hands of comrades? WTF ?
This was a human error, that means that people are accountable and the cover up just makes things worse.
