I think it's pretty much an equal risk. When you put that many people in one place and throw in some drugs and booze, a few problems are bound to pop up.

I don't think it is really anything to worry about though. I will think of you if a riot does break out though.

now that I think of it, you usually never hear of people being shot in rock concerts, but you always hear about it from rap concerts. So I guess rap concerts are a hell of a lot more violent than rock concerts but still I'm sure there will be a shitload of violence on this tour. I'm still gonna go but I'm gonna be on my guard around all those crazy people...

I doubt anything will happen, unless the teenagers outnumber the people in their 20s 10-1.

Dammit, they're not doing any tour dates in DC.........

I went to one concert like that. It was like some secret hippie festival in a field in Southwest Virginia. Everyone was cool, just smoking weed, tripping, dancing around, my brother got on stage, and started jamming with 4 random people. For those 3 days, it was all peace and love. It was awesome.

i also read that though the concert is free, you have to buy cd's and stuff there at the concert, but i dont know if that is true...the article said you dont have to pay to get in but you do to get out...i guess we will see...i am going to try to secure tickets for seattle...i saw the first ozzfest way back when, and that was it....should be interesting to see how this all plays out... :yippee:

all i know is what i read.....this may be true, the no purchase nec clause, but there is also truth in the fact that 1...there is a loophole for everything, and that 2..nothing is for free....and finally 3...if it looks to good to be true, it is....

It'll just be beautiful to go to the Ozzfest for free and not pay one single dime. But like any concert, that's almost impossible to do.
