Well, in speaking with the manufacturer, they said in a soil application it shouldn't matter, which doesn't make sense to me - I know it would have to raise the TDS reading in a hydro setup.... if I used equal parts in veg it would change the total food NPK to 6-13-4.. Since I already use such a high P and K solution in flower, I guess it couldn't hurt, but I dunno

Tokudai Reviewed by Tokudai on . Ph Down = Food? I had previously been using lemon juice to control Ph, but I recently got a bottle of Ph Down made by Green Air Products. Its made from a phosphoric acid base, and has an N-P-K rating of 0-9-0. About 1/3 of a tsp brings my well water from 7.2 to 6.5. What I am wondering is, should I adjust my nutes down a bit when using it, since it has a phosphorus component? Rating: 5
