I see where you're coming from, but there is one huge reason I dont exercise hi anymore. IT WASTES YOUR FUCKING HIGH. By the time you're done running and dodging cars and shit, you gotta get stoned all over again.

Same goes for the gym. Used to do it all the time before I went, but there is almost no point (my old man still does this though). Been working out hardcore for at least 10 years. If the breathing thing helps you tho, kudos. Running sucks real bad when you start, so whatever it takes to get you there mentally.

Save your smoke for after! (and I wouldnt try taking bong hits of AK47 and running 2 milles for the first time ever while being an asthmatic with tuberculosis).
