    How many of you that go jogging blaze up before you go? If I smoke before I run, I can run twice as far and have better control over my breathing the entire time.

    Does anyone else do this?

    holy. I wish I was as in shape as you bro, I would straight pass out if I tried that at that .8 mile mark lol .I usually burn before I skate or surf,depends on the weather. Everytime before a bike session .

    I couldn't smoke and run for nothing. But I do like to smoke before and during and after I go camping and walking in the mountain trails and shit when I go up there.

    Alright well what happens is weed is a bronchial dilator. Thats how it treats asthma, during an attack when the airways are inflammed, it opens the lung volume back up and allows oxygen in. Well if you apply that to aerobic exercise its the same thing. It allows more air into your lungs, which puts more oxygen in the blood, increasing blood flow to muscles.

    Straight up it works. And the only reason I found this out is because I'm a huge stoner and pretty much blaze b4 everything. After finding this out, Ive asked around and read that a lot of body builders and swimmers like to blaze for the same reasons. Bobybuilders that smoke actually build muscle mass easier.

    seriously??? can someone back that up? I'm astmatic and trying to get fit... I;ve been telling myself I'm gonna start running for months but this would actually give me incentive! Can u really run blazed? I'm gonna give it a go... I shall report back...

    I recently started running again (ten year break) and have found running baked is awsome. 1st run in nearly ten years 1.5 miles 8:56. Not quite what I used to run but not bad. I give the credit to pot.

    Well before i got on probation i would blaze before i went to skate an i would hardly ever fall an get everything like twice as clean. i fuckin love skating when i'm blazed i'm jus so much more in the zone its ridiculous hahha. but when i first clicked on this thread i thought you were gonna be talkin about pullin runners lol like goin into a store an runnin out with a few bottles haha.

    I see where you're coming from, but there is one huge reason I dont exercise hi anymore. IT WASTES YOUR FUCKING HIGH. By the time you're done running and dodging cars and shit, you gotta get stoned all over again.

    Same goes for the gym. Used to do it all the time before I went, but there is almost no point (my old man still does this though). Been working out hardcore for at least 10 years. If the breathing thing helps you tho, kudos. Running sucks real bad when you start, so whatever it takes to get you there mentally.

    Save your smoke for after! (and I wouldnt try taking bong hits of AK47 and running 2 milles for the first time ever while being an asthmatic with tuberculosis).
