Anyways Im on prometrium 200 mg a day for 10 days out of the month. It is used to make me have a period. Well I just got done with my 10 days of meds and I usually have a moderate to heavy period. This time though its very light I cant even fill up a reg tampon, so im using panty liners to catch any spotting. My question is where I am taking something to make me have a period would I still have one Rating: 5

How did you know you were pregnant? Did you find out after the 3 months (when your period stopped)?

The reason I am asking is because I have been feeling a little "off" the past 2 months. When I mentioned my symptoms (tiredness, low energy, nausea, headaches) to my mother, chiropractor, and bf's mother- they all asked me if I was pregnant. That was last month, and I got my period last month and now I have another one. They seem normal to me. Also, I don't have any other symptoms of pregnancy such as cramps, breast soreness, or morning sickness. I am also on birth control (NuvaRing), and I have been using contraceptives for over 2 years now, so I think my chances of getting pregnant are very low. But the comment about having a period for 3 months even though she was pregnant has bothered me and has got me thinking.

The only other thing that I know about that could explain my feeling under the weather is Iron Deficiency Anemia, as I don't eat much meat at all- and absolutely no red meat. I started taking natural supplements for iron, and watching what I eat and so far I feel a lot better- I am hoping that was what has been ailing me. Anyways, what do you guys think? Could I be pregnant?

actually, me and slip were over at a friends house...and you know that "pre-period" point where your tummy hurts and you're like "aww shit i'mma bout to start"? i usually feel that way, and within an hour or so i start lol. i kept feeling like that...and i'd put on a pad/liner just in case...but nothing ever happened. i was under alot of stress and figured it could be cause of that(dad had just passed) but i knew deep down something was up. i actually got this "vibe" that was like a heightened awareness...felt like i could sense another "being"

idk if that makes any sense, its like when you're in a room or something, facing away from the door, headphones on...someone comes in and you don't see/hear them but you can feel their presence? it was like that but only within my own body...

so anyways...we'd walked a pretty decent ways to go get some food that day (no car lol) and my stomach was hurting like "worst period cramps ever plus oh-god-gadda-take-the-hugest-crap-ever pain" and i was doubled up on the couch when we got back. i knew something wasn't right... (come to find out later, the cramping is the uterus stretching. god they never tell you any of the useful shit, do they?)

got home, took a test (they sell cheapo ones at Dollar Tree, for a buck, i bought a couple to "test my odds") and collapsed in the closet crying my eyes out, while slip ran into the other room all happy and giggly showing his grandma the test ><
