drying
HI
I just bought a food dehydrater to dry meat ( jerky ) and fruit, and was wondering if it could be used to dry a small amount of bud? If placed on the top level, the bud would receive a constant flow of warm air. A small amount of water on the lowest level would add some humidity. Any thoughts on this? Has anyone tried it. I'm sure it wouldn't work for a large harvest, but it has to be better than the oven or microwave for drying just a few buds.
Thanks

honestly, i have dried buds a million ways and hands down is just letting them go dry on thier own, for some reason they always taste better and give a better high.

They tend to like dark dryer areas with air flow but not wind blowing on them right? Im about to harvest my first grow, about 32 plants, dont have much space to dry em out..could set up an area in my bedroom, and close it off from light... or use the room i grew them in to hang em for a week or so...what ya guys think

hang them in the grow room and shut all fans off except the exhaust so air moves around a bit but not like a tornado in there.

Right now I have an osilating fan on in there as well as exhaust (at about 50% strength) Should I take the osilating fan out and just leave my exhuast on?
R/h is at 50% so I figured they wouldnt dry too fast with an osilating fan right
