ok dude,first off is it even rooted?! now when you say you put it in grow box,and with the light cycle you described i'm assumeing you wanna flower it?if it's not rooted and you want to flower it,your wasting your time.in order to root clones properly you want to get yourself a few basic things,a clone/seedling dome.these can be purchased at any nursery or garden supply store.rooting gel,i like to use one called wilsons liquid root stimulator.i've found it works great without any problems.if you can't find that try to find one called olivia's cloning gel.that one's really good,costs a lil more but has trace amounts of food in it so they can eat properly.and the last thing you need is peat pellets or oasis grow cubes..or even rockwool cubes(the smallest ones).if you only want to root one plant as i'm guessing then you want to try to get her into a small enough dome so that theres condensation building a little on the sides.you also want to make shure you have vent holes in it.usually in standard sized domes i like to cut out the top corners of the dome with dime sized holes.or 3/4 inch maximum...if you dont wanna get into it too much and just try your luck at it simpler then just leave that branch in water with 2-300 PPM ferts an NPK ratio of around 10-30-10 or something close.just make shure there's highest levels of P in the mix,that's what roots are made of.keep it under light for 24 hrs on cycle,never off.do not let them get darkness until ready to veg,as that's whats causing them to probably get droopy.pot likes temp ranges from 60 degrees(indica) to as high as about 90-95 degrees(sativa).and btw can you describe that growbox abit for me and the light cycles you use in it,so that i might be able to answer you abit better....
