Canadien. Reviewed by Canadien. on . Is today some kind of international marijuana day or something? So on my way home from school, I must have seen at least 5 people blazing. I saw a latino guy rolling a joint in his car at a red light (I was waiting for the bus) Then I saw a black guy smoking a joint while walking. While passing by a park I must have seen at least 3 or 4 people sitting on a bench with them passing something around and putting it to their mouth (I assumed it was a joint). So what's up with all this? Any holiday or something I don't know about. Rating: 5
