Should I stop smoking until court?
I got pulled over and got 2 misdemeanors for possession and paraphernalia. Court on the 13th and I was wondering if they are going to drug test me or something? Should I stop smoking asap?

It isn't illegal to be high or to have gotten high. It is illegal to posess. So no they wont test you.

I was thinking like if they test me and see I haven't smoked they'll let me off easy but if they see I smoked all the way up until court they'll put me on probation and shit lol. Sorry don't have much experience dealing with the little piggies. This whole 2 week period they give you before getting caught and court is torture. It gives me way too much time to think about what the consequences might be.

at least you get to sweat it out in the comfort of your home instead of a jail cell

Seems like the safe move would be just to set aside the stash for two weeks and hear what they have to say in court.
Just my two cents though

Man, i had to go to court so many times its insane.
I've only gotten 3 charges, but they delay your court date and keep u going for like half a year.
They don't test u if ur just making a plea or anything, but if you are going to an actual trial they might, though i doubt it.
Also, if you quit for this court date because you afraid they'll test you, i can GUARENTEE you will be back. Possibly back 6+ times, my court dates got dragged on for months.

I wouldnt, just to see. Your already in enough trouble why possibly get in more? If you do pass that first test that will probaly be it your done. Well besides the tickets.
But I got tested and passed my first one. My friend who got busted for the same thing didnt. He ended up payin 250$ more and had to take like 6 classes 2 hours each.
I paid 90$ for my one day class. Be safe! Oh and it was my ONLY drug test.
