I don't have 3 dishes to post as recently I started diving into cannabis cooking.

How about for the rules, you can post no more than 3 dishes or desserts or drinks, and no less than 1 dessert or drink or dish?

I have one drink and 1 dessert I would like to share.

Dessert first:

Cannabis fudge:
Ingredients
1/2 cup of boiling water
1 cup dry milk (avoid non-fat)
2/3 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. of melted butter
1 Package of milk choco. chips (approx 270-300g bag)
3/4 cup of butterscotch chips
1 Tsp. of vanilla extract
Raisens (optional, 2 small handfulls)
7-10g's of finely ground, dried up cannabis

What you need to do first is you need to melt the butter, and add the hot water to the dry milk. Bring the mix to a slight boil, and stir constently, or the milk may burn and taste really bad. Once you bring it to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer (about Mark 3 or 4 on the stove). Add the cannabis, and let it simmer with the melted butter, dry milk/water for about 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Once it's all done simmering, you want to remove the leaf matter as it is now THC-less. Take a strainer and strain out the leaf matter. What you should be left with is a greenish milk. Place in a large bowl.

Now, add the remaining ingredients except the vanilla extract and raseins (optional) to the cannabis milk stuff. Put in microwave on high for 2 minutes, take out, and stir really, really well. Make sure there are no lumps of unmelted chocolate, if there is, put in microwave for another 30seconds-1 minute. Don't overcook it as dishes will be a frustrating task. Now add the vanilla and rasiens (optional).

Take about an 8-10 inch round/square metal container, and line it with wax paper. If you don't line it, the chocolate will stick the sides of the container, big time. If you have no wax paper, grease the pan heavily. Even greasing it will make it hard to remove, so wax paper is best. Line the contianer, and pour in the melted fudge.

Place in fridge to cool for 6-8 hours, or freezer it for 2-4 hours, slice up, and enjoy.

Eat about a 1-2 inch square of it for a regular dose. Keep in mind I used high quality cannabis, so for lesser quality, add more. Keep in mind this makes about a LB of fudge, so if you want 1/2 that, or 1/4 that, just lessen the ingredients to the right amounts.

Now for the drink.

Cannabis milk/ aka. Bhang!
Ingredients
Homo milk or dry milk is best (don't use nonfat)
Water
Honey
1-2g's of finely ground up, dried cannabis
Cinnamon
Strainer

You want to first melt the THC into the milk/water. Use about, 3/4 cup of milk, and a 1/3 cup of water. Bring the milk/water to a slight boil, stir constently or the milk might burn. Now you want to remove the leaf matter as the THC is now gone. Get a strainer and strain out the leaf matter. What you'll be left with is a greenish milk.

Put milk in cup, and add a Tsp. of honey, and a dash of cinnamon. This is one serving per. person. To make 2 or 3 cups, make the adjustments as needed.

There we go! Those are the 2 best ones I've made so far and both got me blasted off my ass.
