Ok here are the rules. Each participant has 24 hours to come up with 3 different dishes that contain cannabis. They could be 3 deserts, or 3 main corses. Post the resipies in this thread. you must show your work, so the resipies have to be shown:ie all the items, all the cooking procedure, cooking times. Any participant that doesn't show work will be disqualified. If you don't want to play, you can still participate as a judge, and we can take a total count, or have a seperate poll after the time has ended.

That's an AWESOME thread idea but I think you should make 1 dessert or beverage, 1 main course, and one appetizer!

Good idea, i figured that there would be more participation if there wasn't as many constrictions. It all depends on how many people accualy participate.

I don't have 3 dishes to post as recently I started diving into cannabis cooking.
How about for the rules, you can post no more than 3 dishes or desserts or drinks, and no less than 1 dessert or drink or dish?
I have one drink and 1 dessert I would like to share.
Dessert first:
Cannabis fudge:
Ingredients
1/2 cup of boiling water
1 cup dry milk (avoid non-fat)
2/3 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. of melted butter
1 Package of milk choco. chips (approx 270-300g bag)
3/4 cup of butterscotch chips
1 Tsp. of vanilla extract
Raisens (optional, 2 small handfulls)
7-10g's of finely ground, dried up cannabis
What you need to do first is you need to melt the butter, and add the hot water to the dry milk. Bring the mix to a slight boil, and stir constently, or the milk may burn and taste really bad. Once you bring it to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer (about Mark 3 or 4 on the stove). Add the cannabis, and let it simmer with the melted butter, dry milk/water for about 20-30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Once it's all done simmering, you want to remove the leaf matter as it is now THC-less. Take a strainer and strain out the leaf matter. What you should be left with is a greenish milk. Place in a large bowl.
Now, add the remaining ingredients except the vanilla extract and raseins (optional) to the cannabis milk stuff. Put in microwave on high for 2 minutes, take out, and stir really, really well. Make sure there are no lumps of unmelted chocolate, if there is, put in microwave for another 30seconds-1 minute. Don't overcook it as dishes will be a frustrating task. Now add the vanilla and rasiens (optional).
Take about an 8-10 inch round/square metal container, and line it with wax paper. If you don't line it, the chocolate will stick the sides of the container, big time. If you have no wax paper, grease the pan heavily. Even greasing it will make it hard to remove, so wax paper is best. Line the contianer, and pour in the melted fudge.
Place in fridge to cool for 6-8 hours, or freezer it for 2-4 hours, slice up, and enjoy.
Eat about a 1-2 inch square of it for a regular dose. Keep in mind I used high quality cannabis, so for lesser quality, add more. Keep in mind this makes about a LB of fudge, so if you want 1/2 that, or 1/4 that, just lessen the ingredients to the right amounts.
Now for the drink.
Cannabis milk/ aka. Bhang!
Ingredients
Homo milk or dry milk is best (don't use nonfat)
Water
Honey
1-2g's of finely ground up, dried cannabis
Cinnamon
Strainer
You want to first melt the THC into the milk/water. Use about, 3/4 cup of milk, and a 1/3 cup of water. Bring the milk/water to a slight boil, stir constently or the milk might burn. Once the milk/water is brought to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer (Mark 3 or 4 on stove) and add cannabis. Let the cannabis simmer with the milk/water for about 20-30 minutes.

Put milk in cup, and add a Tsp. of honey, and a dash of cinnamon. This is one serving per. person. To make 2 or 3 cups, make the adjustments as needed.
There we go! Those are the 2 best ones I've made so far and both got me blasted off my ass.

I posted this a long time ago... I love pesto.
Pot-sto Pesto

Everyone loves pesto except George Castanza.
Here is how to make it. I'm a grower and grow basil just so I can make this.
Place in a Cuisinart or blender:
1 cup packed tight fresh basil
1/4 oz weed. You can use anything from shake to buds. Your call.
4 whole cloves fresh garlic. I use 6 but I like garlic!
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts. They don't HAVE to be toasted, but it's nice.
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated of course
Pulse the blender and gradually drizzle in some good olive oil. Stop the blender and stir it around a little so it blends evenly.
Repeat until the pot-sto is a nice consistency, but don't add too much oil or it will be runny and make you fat, too.
Refrigerate overnight so the flavors have time to marry.
To serve, cook up a box of your favorite pasta shape, drain. Put pot-sto in a large saute pan and heat briefly, add pasta and toss until evenly coated.
You can also add some cream, diced tomatoes, and vodka at this step for a DELICIOUS variation.
Serves 4, and when the saute pan is cooled off the dog can lick it and get stoned too.

They look good. I like the idea of herb in pesto.
I'll go for 3. a main corse, a drink, and a desert.
Herbal-meatballs with pasta and creamy sauce.
1 package of egg noodles
1 lb of ground beef
whole garlic
1cup of italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4-1/2 of fine fine cheeba
1 cup of sour cream
1can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup grated parm cheese
The meatballs
In a bowl combine the ground beef,bread crumbs,1 egg,1 clove of garlic chopped,and half of the weed. if it seems to dry add another egg, or if it's oily add more crumbs. grab small wads of the mix and roll into meatballs about 1 inch. Put these on a greased cookie sheet, and cook them in a 250 oven for 20-25 minutes. Higher heat will destroy the thc in the weed.
The sauce
In a sauce pan combine the milk, and the weed (ground up). simmer this on med for 20-30 minutes untill the milk turns green. Strain the weed out(if you want) and add the cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. once they are mixed together add the parm cheese.
put the meatballs over the cooked egg noodles. and topp with plenty of the sauce!
Knock you out hot chocolate
2cups of WHOLE milk
1/8 of Your favorite herbal smokage (ground up)
2 packetts of hot chocolate mix
2 shots of kaluha liquor
Put the milk in a sauce pan and add the Ganja. Simmer this on med for 20-25 min the milk will turn a nice green color. Strain out the weed (if you want), and add the hot coco mix. When you serve it put the kaluha on top, don't mix it. So it kinda floats ontop
Moon brownies
2 boxes of brownie mix
1 whole package of butter..... highest fat content possable.
1/4-1/2 of the finest cheaba
800mg of 5-htp or about 16-18 capsuls broke open. (optional)
chocolate chips or candy bars. somthing to put on top....mmmmmmm
a big baking pan.
Brake up the tree as fine as possable, hand grinders work nice. Melt down the butter on low, then add the tree and raise the heat. You want the butter simmer not boil. Stir for about 20-30 min, and strain out the plant mat. Your looking for 1-cup of melted cannabutter.
fallow the directions on the box, using the melted butter instead of oil. Also add in the 5-htp, mix it up and bake. The box says for 1 box bake for 20-30 min,use the same baking temp just add like 15 min to the time. Then start checking it with a toothpick. right when it's done, kill the oven, and sprinkle your goodies on top. Chocolate chips, candy bar pieces, penut butter, put it back in the over for 2 min just to melt them. let cool and enjoy. Eat 2 wait 45-1hour. then you should be on the moon.
just for giggles Butter cream frosting for brownies (also with weed in it)
1/2 cup canna-butter (using the method stated here)
1/2 cup shortening
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 cups confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, cream canna-butter and shortening until light and fluffy. Add salt, vanilla, confectioners' sugar and milk. Beat well.

I only have time for one entry though...But it's awesome!
Corn Bread
yeild-9 servings
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup yellow corn meal
1/4 cup turbinado sugar
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup butter or cannabutter
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees farenheight. Put cast iron skillet in oven.
2.measure first 5 ingredients into sifter, sift into mixing bowl
3.in a seperate bowl beat egg, add buttermilk and butter
4.pour egg mixture into dry ingredients, mix with fork until all combined
5.grease the hot skillet (pam) turn batter into hot skillet
6.bake 25- 30 min or until golden brown
7. serve hot.
