Hey all!

I was thinking of purchasing some lights for a future grow but have no idea what brands work the best and what not. Any recommendations???

I am looking to spend no more than 500$ for a CFL(for veg) and a HPS(for flower).

google "hydroponics" and begin to browse the web..

-many people prefer digital ballasts....

-600 watt bulbs are the most efficient...

-if you are going to use HPS lighting, yo will most likely need to purchase an exhaust fan (one inline fan with ducting).. you can look at exhaust fans at the hydro online stores too. it is important to take the heat away from your plant and grow area
