Which nutrients?

Hey guys, im going to get some ferts today for veg growth just wondering which would be best, in our local garden shop? There are two types one with a real low NPK ration something like 10-15-10 and then there is another one that has 30-30-30 NPK ratio. This fert is only going to be used during VEG state, so which would be better the 30-30-30? or the low one, and could you tell me why please.. thanks alot. Happy Growing!!

The lower fert,is good for the first month of veg and the higher fert,is good for the second month of veg. In the first month,your plants are getting established,in the second month,they are vigoruosly growing,and need more 'food'. Also,the more light you give them,the more food they need. if you decide to go for the higher fert ratio,then give the plants 1/4 to 1/2 the reccomended dosage,for the first month and 1/2 to full dosage for the second month..it all depends on how much light you have available and whether or not they show signs of fert burn-in which case,you'd want to lower the dosage and just feed them every other week,with water in between-ph adjusted of course..you should always use 6.8-7.0 max ph water,whether you are feeding,watering or flushing. A one gallon or larger,Brita water pitcher,is great for bringing down the ph of your water and the chlorine content as well. You should git some ph test strips to verify the ph,chlorine and total disolved solids,in the water that you use.

If you're just using tap water,chances are that the ph and chlorine will be too high,and at the very least,you need to let the water sit for 24 hours in order to allow the chlorine to dissipate.

torog speaks the truth,and seems wise indeed.but i'd just like to ask,why in the hell are you planning on using crappy ferts like that man?!i mean alot of times those type of ferts dont even have proper trace elements to em.also how big do you wanna get em vegging for 2 months? lol damn,everythings big in texas eh? i suggest finding a Hydro store or something near you.if you can't find any there's plenty online that ship anywhere in the world.special ferts for special ladies =) if you want high quality bud your going to have to spend a little cash on it.
